in equity. Investing in real estate as opposed to buying your own home
can take many different approaches. To start with
though, you should educate yourself by reading some of the many books
available on real estate investment and there are many! There are also
many RE courses offered by local educators, such as, Ozzie Jurock.
I’ve taken several of his courses and would highly recommend them.
Take the opportunity to attend some of the free lectures by out-of-town
seminar leaders. Whether you have $10,000 or $500,000, there is
usually a way to invest in real estate. Through partnerships or partial
ownership arrangements, always work with a licensed realtor or a RE
lawyer before you put up your money.
