Terry’s career spans everything, from managing and developing hotel, lodge and resort properties throughout B.C. to assisting realtors with prospecting for properties and then becoming a licensed realtor.

 

Starting with a Vancouver real estate firm in 1992, Terry worked both the local residential market and the B. C. commercial market, specializing in hotel, resort and recreational properties.

 

He then began to acquire properties for his own personal investment portfolio when he purchased his home in West Vancouver in 1995.   He joined the REMAX team on the North Shore since it provides him with an incredible resource for interaction, friendships, and networking as he serves clients in West and North Vancouver.

 

Terry likes to be diversified in his activities and is constantly challenging himself in business and in his personal life.  He is an avid skier and golfer and a member of the Shaughnessy Golf & Country Club and a patron of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.

 

He has worked as a cowboy on a 12,000 acre ranch, as a telephone technician for the company now known as Telus, taught high school, developed and managed hotels, resorts and lodges, and invested in a number of publicly traded start-up companies.

 

He has been the President & Director of the Caribou Tourist Association, President & Director of the Renaissance Business Association and President & Director of two B C Rotary International Clubs.

 

Terry has experienced many transitions in life.  A recent personal real estate transaction motivated his interest to increase his involvement and growth in the real estate industry.  He looks forward to helping you with your next life changing move.
